No right of withdrawal for products

Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for all products offered in our shop. Our products are individually made for you in collaboration with a print-on-demand provider. As each product is specifically manufactured according to your order, returns or exchanges are excluded.

Legal basis for no right of withdrawal

  • Germany: According to Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
  • European Union: Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
  • United States: U.S. federal law does not mandate a right of withdrawal for custom-made goods. State-level consumer protection laws typically recognize that personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Canada: According to Canadian consumer protection laws, there is no statutory right to return personalized or custom-made goods unless they are defective or not as described.
  • United Kingdom: As per Regulation 28(1)(b) of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Exceptions for defective or incorrect products

In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at creedz.worldwide@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. When reaching out, kindly provide your order ID and clear pictures or videos of the issue. After verification, our customer service team will work with our print-on-demand partner to apply the appropriate resolution.
